Review of Tobias by Jessa Rozsas

Tobias by Jessa Rozsas is an exciting and sexy look at the life of a cursed family.

~~~~Some Spoilers Ahead!~~~~
The cursed life is never easy, and Tobias knows that more than most. His family has been41lq1YCzjhL._SX321_BO1,204,203,200_ cursed for over three hundred years, and while Tobias has a decent control over his bloodlust, he’s always searching for a cure. When he comes across a young woman who’s being assaulted in an alleyway, Tobias is instantly drawn to her. Unsure what to do, he kidnaps the unconscious woman and takes her home. This begins a complicated relationship that may be the key to Tobias’s salvation…or his undoing.
This story sucks you in from the very beginning and pulls you along with every page. The characters are dynamic and deeply flawed, making them appear more lifelike. The dialogue does a great job moving the story along, and the settings were well described. I also enjoyed how the curse affected each family member differently, bringing a new twist to an old genre. And did I mention how well done the steamy bits were written? That alone was almost worth the read!
However, I did find a few technical errors. There were a few misspelled words (tare instead of tear) and a few places where I felt words were missing, but nothing that took away from the overall story experience.
In conclusion, I give Tobias a solid 4 of 5. The story was compelling, the characters were complicated, and the mix of humor and drama make you love it all the more. If you are ever cursed to live for eternity, Tobias will definitely be a book for your collection!
